PLAYER SUPPORT

Three global leaderboards — weekly, monthly, and all-time — open to every player, free or Premium. Each resets independently, giving everyone a realistic shot at recognition regardless of when they joined. Private multiplayer matches never affect global rankings.

Every day, one riddle drops for the entire community at the same time. One puzzle, every player, 24 hours. Your performance contributes to your leaderboard score.

Any player can write riddles. Free players create up to 3. PREMIUM unlocks unlimited creation plus a creator analytics dashboard. Publish a riddle to the community pool and it's discoverable by everyone. The Creator Leaderboard ranks on play count only — no ratings, no reviews. The community decides.

Private room codes. Create a room, share the code with friends, race to solve the same riddle first. Free players host up to 10 per room. Sessions are entirely private and never affect global rankings.

Yes. Each riddle pack comes with a limited number of skips — 2 per pack for free players, 5 per pack for Premium. Skips are per pack and don't carry over. Use them wisely.

Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it.

Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Riddles & Glory and tap Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of your billing period. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem — we can't issue refunds directly.

Your riddles and progress are linked to your email address, not your device. Open the app on your new device and enter the same email — everything will be waiting for you. No password needed, just your email.

Email support.tipsypixel@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We'll remove your email identity and all associated data within 30 days.

Rankings can take a few minutes to refresh after a solve. If still incorrect after an hour, email us with your username and the relevant date and we'll investigate.
